Reservation Policies*

• You are reserving the entire house, not individual rooms.
• The house comfortably sleeps up to 9 people (4 queen beds & 1 twin).
• 4 bedrooms (one is a suite with a bathroom, kitchenette & deck), 3 total bathrooms, a full kitchen, dining area, living room, sitting room, office, decks, hot tub, BBQ, laundry room, and open space.
• Two night minimum stay.
• Rates range from $485 – $1,000 per night, depending on the season.
• Reduced rates for longer stays, 10% off for a week/15% for a month
• Per Sonoma County regulations, TOT tax is 12% of the total price.
• Cleaning fee is $350.
• Events may be allowed, contact the owner to discuss.
• Friendly pets may be allowed, contact the owner to discuss.
